Cosy bright room in great peaceful location

Hello people

We have for rent a really nice spacious single room in our flat.
Our flatmate needs to move city with his job, and we will have the room available from end of September.

Room comes furnished or unfurnished (some pieces need to stay as they belong to the landlord, but most can go)

South-facing room, so you will have a lot of sunlight coming through the floor-to-ceiling window.

The flat although 15 years old, is well kept and spacious. There is a long hallway with a dining area, where we used to enjoy meals and time together(now working too much 😁).

We keep things clean and the vibe in the flat is friendly and bright.

The neighborhood is very green and peaceful. The development is very quiet and nice, the only sounds you will hear are from the wild birds.

* Veggie/fruit market 10 minutes
* Great transport links
* Vibrant Greenwich town center is only 12 minutes walking distance on the wonderful Thames path.

Internet approx 10£/person
Electricity+Heating approx 40£/person
Council tax only paid if you are not a student.

The person we are looking for :

Preferably a girl wanted, to balance the flat

All of us are good friends, and we need someone who will integrate easily, someone who likes to have a chat, and spend time together when there is time to spend. We've been just like a family since our years in Architecture Course at University of Greenwich and we need someone who would want to be part of the family.

We would prefer a professional working person or a mindful student. But it is extremely important for us that the person will be clean and respectful to the others, as we will be to you. Cannot emphasize enough how important it is for us to keep the flat clean. We are all professionals, mature people with common-sense and respect for one-another.
