Hey guys :) - I am looking for a someone to move in mid-sep as my current flatmate is moving out of London. The flat is practically brand new and finished to a high specification. Your room has a large ensuite bathroom (like mine) with private access to the balcony and floor to ceiling windows. The room has a double bed and a very large built in wardrobe.
The rent for the room is 925 p/m. All bills work out to be roughly £150 per person. There’s a convenience store / supermarket just downstairs (Co-Op), Tesco Express is over the road ASDA is about 5 min walk on the high street and Waitrose in Greenwich is a 10 min walk. There are also a few gyms around the area.
About me:
I'm Italian, Indian and Filipino (don't ask haha), currently working in St Paul's as a Psychologist. I'm very much a sociable person and definitely want a flatmate who wants to hang out together and have a good laugh every now and then. Like to cook quite a lot, and keep things nice and tidy in the flat. I tend to spend half my time in and out, so I am always up to go out or stay in and chill.
