Description

- Double room in 2 bed flat. - Own bathroom. A quiet and peaceful home suitable for someone who appreciates this and prefers to live quietly - not in any way a party flat. Great, ever changing views and interesting boat activity on the river. Coming home at night and seeing the lights reflected on the water is like entering fairyland!

Room has a double bed with storage, desk (1.2m x 0.6m), wardrobe with two rails, large cupboard, five double power sockets and direct views across the river. Sole use of main bathroom. Main part of room is 2.95 x 1.63m with an in room corridor (2.95 x 1.03m) plus alcove with fitted wardrobe and large cupboard off the corridor.

There is also a larger en-suite room, which I currently have but I'd be happy to move into the smaller room for someone who wants en-suite - it would be about £1,600 or £1850 for a couple (sorry no pic atm).

Try to live reasonably sustainably, with low energy usage and to keep things clean and tidy.

Parking available. Bike storage in locked underground carpark.

Great travel links from Greenwich DLR to Canary Wharf and Bank and Deptford or Greenwich rail station, then 6 mins to London Bridge and up to 20mins to many parts of central London including Cannon St (12 mins) Kings Cross. and Great connections to Lizzy Line.

Tesco and Sainsbury and large Waitrose all 5 mins walk, lots of cafes and restaurants in Greenwich - Greenwich park and museums are a real bonus.

Can see pics of the room and bathroom in the video.

Share of electricity not included aprox £20 - £25 pcm, less during the summer.

I am often away which is great for someone who likes to share and appreciates some alone time.

Can discuss some wfh.

Happy to have an initial video call if helpful.

Ad is 'early bird' you can message me if you have paid the extra or it should become 'free to contact" from 19/11/25

NOTE:
I have put £1150 for the smaller room but I don't want someone with a lower budget who would be a good fit to be put off. What you can pay is a part of the equation, (which I should see from your ad.) If you initially can't pay in this range eg while job searching but have the prospect of doing so later then that could also work Deposit is one month's rent.
