Hey guys. I am currently leaving this gorgeous double room, in close proximity to Greenwich Park and the O2.

The flat is located in the beautiful and new Enderby Wharf builds: sitting bang on the river Thames (15 second walk to the river beach), and a 5-10 minute walk to central Greenwich, and a 5-10 minute walk to North Greenwich. The building also includes an exclusive private gym, a 24/7 concierge/reception and private security.

There are currently 3 of us living here, and I will be moving back home so you would be living with 2 female flatmates.

As a flat, we are extremely easygoing, friendly and clean. We like to hang out together but are also completely respectful of each other's space. We often have flat meals and trips to the pub together. The two flatmates you would live with are both in their mid-20s, and working professionals in the city, currently working both in the office and at home.

The rent is £650 a month, and this is sent to the owner of the flat (a lovely family couple, who are always available to talk about anything to do with the flat). The bills are sorted out between us.

The room also includes a shared bathroom, a large double bed, a sizeable built in wardrobe + separate chests and draws. The room also gets fantastic natural light. From 1pm onwards, the sun comes directly in. During the morning, the sun hits on the other side, but due to the bright finish on the outside of the building, the sun reflects off it and gives the room great light even when it is not directly shining on it.


In terms of the rest of the flat, it includes a washing machine, a spacious living room and kitchen and naturally you would have your own personal shelves in the kitchen and fridge. There is also a Sainsburys and Co-Op both equally about 3 mins walk away.
