Cozy, Quiet, double in Kidbrooke

We have a cozy, quiet, double bedroom becoming available from 7th Feb (Previously listed as 18th February but now ready sooner) as our friend Jasmine is moving out.

We are 4 professionals in our late 20’s – mid 30’s looking for a professional female (to keep a gender balance) - someone calm, mature and clean of a similar age to move in with us for a long term period.

Monthly price is £520 all bills inc. There is also a refundable deposit of a 6 week period - £720.

The room available is on the 1st floor beside the bathrooms for your use but also secluded from their sounds. It is a snug room of 9.6 metres (3m x 3.2 m). It is also a bright room with a south facing orientation and a good view on the garden. It comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe and a desk. The house has been recently refurbished and feels airy and homely. There is a fully equipped open plan kitchen with a large dining area. This leads out to a decked terrace and a big leafy garden. There are 2 bathrooms and also a separate downstairs WC.

We keep the house clean and we have a weekly cleaning rota and we want someone who will play their part and who is conscientious of others and considerate.

The house is well located with Kidbrooke station a 8 min walk away which will take you to London Bridge, Charing Cross, Victoria and Cannon Street. It is direct to Lewisham, New Cross and St. John’s also. Blackheath is also very close and is walkable in only 15 mins. Shops and gyms are available nearby.

A bit about us:
Cherryl is an artist printmaker and also working as a picture framer. She loves houseplants, growing veg & practising yoga.
Steve is an actor and model, passionate about cinema and literature. He looks after the place.
Luis is a student lawyer.. He is fond of satire, politics and a good comic as well as a good comic.
Kubo is a film editor. He is into psychedelia and loves graphic novels and techno.

We have lived together for a few years now and have recently moved to our new home as a group. We are always in the process of improving the house and we hope to find someone with a good spirit to call this home.
