> The area is developing incredibly quickly and I see cool spaces opening up all the time

The room:
>so the room has a beautiful window with a nice view
>the room contains a wardrobe and there is extraspace underneath the bed for storage
>room also now includes desk
>There is also some storage space in hallway closet and a little space in the living room shelf unit
