Hi,

I am looking to rent out a great double room with an ensuite in a beautiful duplex flat with stunning river views.

The flat is on the 7th and 8th floor and comprises of a downstairs toilet, cloakroom and open plan living room and kitchen area which is all shared. Upstairs is the bedroom to be rented with an ensuite and balcony and additionally the other occupied room and separate bathroom. A concierge is available with the property who is able to take in and look after any packages. The area is fob access only in the evenings.

The flat is in a new build block with Waitrose all of 1 minute walk away as it is just downstairs. Additionally there is a Sainsbury and an Aldi nearby and lots of pubs/restaurants/markets in the area of central Greenwich and Deptford and beautiful Greenwich park only a 10 minute walk away. It is an 8 minute walk to Cutty Sark DLR station- you are in Canary Wharf in 9 minutes with connections to the Jubilee line or Elizabeth line. Or a 10 minute walk to Greenwich train station.

My sister and I own the flat and I've sadly had to move out for work. You'll be living with Liza- a 26 year old professional who is friendly, tidy and enjoys spending time with her friends or relaxing at home.

We are looking for a female flatmate who is tidy, clean and friendly. This is not a party household but would like to develop a friendly, calm atmosphere in the house and find someone who would be respectful and help look after the property. Open to a flatmate who works from home as Liza works from home a couple of days a week.

Bills on top of rent are around £150-200 which includes council tax and a car parking space is available to rent if needed.
