Double room in modern houseshare.

Good sized double room which comes fully furnished. Great views over Greenwich from the room and communal areas. 4th floor (there is a lift). Large balcony with outdoor seating/dinner table. Shared modern living room/kitchen, and recently renovated bathroom (although you will largely have the bathroom to yourself).

Looking for someone friendly, sociable with good vibes. Like to keep the place clean and tidy too so someone similarly minded please. Ideally looking for someone long term or semi permanent, although will consider some shorter lets for the right person (but at least a few months).

Sharing with one other person (Mark) who works in film. I’m 38, and enjoy discovering new music, events, restaurants, wine bars, and pubs in London. Love nights out, festivals in the summer, movies, skiing, cooking, and travelling. I will often travel a bit for work and fun. So hopefully the new person will bring some fun, friendly vibes.

Literally 30 seconds walk from Greenwich DLR station. 10 minutes and 2 stops on the train takes you to London Bridge station.

A few minutes walk will take you to the main street of Greenwich and Cutty Sark station with some great bars/restaurants/food market/the river and some beautiful views. Also pretty close to the bright lights of Deptford, New Cross, Peckham etc.

Room is available from 23rd November but possibly sooner.

£950pm (not including bills) payable in advance on the 1st of every month. One months rent will be required as a deposit also in advance. No agency.

Secure garage parking is available at an additional monthly cost which we can discuss if needed.
