SHORT TERM double room to rent in Greenwich

Double bedroom situated in a 2 bedroom apartment for 1 month rent.

The Room:
Double bed with firm mattress, comes with duvet, pillows, sheets and covers. Curtains for privacy on a window that looks into the shared balcony. Part-mirrored Wardrobe and separate drawers for clothes and storage.

The flat:
The flat is a 2 bed and 2 bathroom apartment situated in a high level apartment complex. The second bathroom is the main apartment bathroom so it is not private. We use the ensuit more often but Dean prefers the shower in the main bathroom. It’s located directly across from the bedroom.
We have a fully furnished flat, dishwasher, washer/dryer, coffee machine, oven/grill, hob, microwave and all plates, glasses cups, cutlery etc.
The living and kitchen is shared living space with the main TV in here. It’s cosy, classy and clean.
The building is currently undergoing cladding refurbishment works externally so we have minimum view through the windows and no access to the balcony.

Flat rules
We are particularly clean and like to ensure the flat is kept like this all the time. We don’t like to wake up to mess or have clutter. The living space is communal and we respect that.

About us
We are Conor & Dean. A couple who met 3 years ago and have been living here since. We have a small rescue dog teddy. He’s nervous but once warmed to you he is a treat (cling). We like to let him sleep in the lounge at night in his cage.
We like/love a glass of wine and a good gossip. Love to eat and socialise but also love the comfort of our home and the peace it brings us. Would love a flat mate who can balance this and get to know us.
