I'm Connor and I have a large double room to rent from February 15/2/2025 . the property Is a 2-bed flat I share with my dog Suki, She's very friendly, calm and cuddly, so someone who likes dogs is a must.

Im 31 years old and I work in various different stone, wood and jewellery. My schedule is always different and mainly based from home. I'm a relaxed person looking for someone of a similar mindset looking for a nice easy place to live share conversation and crack a few jokes. I Enjoy Yoga, live music, books, Art, Outdoors, Swimming, Muay Thai and cycling to name a few.

I work from home during the week using the majority of the shared space as a workshop so would be looking for someone who does Not work Monday to Friday.

The room has a separate private bathroom, a large shared living room/kitchen, Dishwasher, Washing machine/Dryer, balcony, Underfloor heating, floor to ceiling Windows throughout and a car park for guests.

The Room will also has recently New Carpet, Fresh paint and New mattress.

The 24-hour split-level gym has a huge number of treadmills, bikes, resistance machines and much more. The Free weights are up to 30kg, a smith machine, a Filtered cooled water machine, lift access and a large area for yoga/callisthenics.

We also have a lovely and dedicated concierge team available 24 hours for all deliveries and support for all tenants.

5 beautiful Gardens that are maintained 6 days a week by staff as well as daily cleaning of all buildings and facilities. We are blessed with beautiful views of the city skyline and are right on the river Thames in Greenwich, southeast London.

The transport Links are great, especially considering Greenwich's incredible location and peacefulness, being able to be in central in a little over 30 minutes.
North Greenwich is two stops/5-minute bus or a nice relaxing 30-minute walk along the river. There is a more direct 15-minute route that takes you through a lovely little wooded area to the Jubilee line. Maze Hill station is 20-minute walk just beside Greenwich Park which will have you At London Bridge in 13 minutes and Cannon Street in 19 minutes and behind as far as Luton.

Just to the front of the development, we have the Enderby House pub with river views which serves amazing food and also hosts yoga classes on the roof! As well as access to two beautiful little beaches right on the river just off the Thames Path National trail cycle route which is a great way to travel up and down the Thames with traffic-free cycle lanes and footpaths.

The area is honestly amazing and well worth a little extra time on your commute, to be in such a beautiful place in nature and away from your city work life. Plus to be able to hear the river from your flat at high tide in the morning is just magical.
