McMillan Student Village accommodation

Hi. I'm looking for a Greenwich student who wants to take over my room in McMillan Student Village :)

My room:

• available from February 2023 to 17 June 2023
• 177.94 per week with all bills included; gas, water, electricity and wi-fi.
(council tax will be deducted if you submit a discount form online.)
• a single ensuite room which comes with a bathroom
• a nice shared kitchen next to the room
• on the 6th floor facing the street
• furnished (a mattress was replaced with a new one recently!)
• a washing machines room is inside the premises (there is a charge for using it.)
• there are other five rooms in the section on the same floor.
(flatmates change from time to time because of their studies. I think no problem with the current flatmates.)

The property:
• the property has an elevator as well as stairs.
• located between Cutty Sark station (12-min walk) and Deptford Station (7-min walk) and there is a bus stop in front of the property. Really convenient.
