About the Room
A bright, spacious double-room is available in our Greenwich apartment. The room comes with a super-king bed (humungous!), plenty of storage, and gets lovely natural light during the day.

About the Flat/House
The apartment is fairly new (mid 2000s), so it feels clean and well-insulated. It has two bedrooms in total, with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, extra storage, and a balcony (with herbs!). We’ve also got fast, reliable Wi-Fi.

Transport links couldn’t be better in Greenwich – we’re just 30 seconds from Greenwich Station (you can’t hear the trains) with National Rail, DLR, and great bus links. Central Greenwich is a 5-minute walk, with the market, Cutty Sark, and Maritime Museum on your doorstep. Greenwich Park and local supermarkets are also 5–10 minutes away.

About Me
You’ll be sharing with a 30-year-old guy from New Zealand who works for the NHS. The flat has a relaxed, friendly atmosphere - clean and tidy, but also social. I generally enjoy sports, cooking, board games, music, pub quizzes, and making the most of the local area, while still respecting personal space.

Who We’re Looking For
Hoping to find someone tidy, considerate, and friendly - a professional who values both a comfortable home and a good flatmate connection. Bonus if you’re up for the occasional shared activity like a meal, a chat over tea, some games, or movie night.

Practical Bits
Rent: £950 per month
Bills and council tax: approx. £150 per month
Deposit: one month’s rent
Council Band C
Available from: 1st November 2025
Minimum stay: 12 months (landlord is fairly flexible if needed)
The landlord would need proof of employment
