A STUNNINGLY presented huge room with that rooms feels and looks like a hotel room. The room comes fully furnished: bed, wardrobe, sideboard, bedside table, desk and chair etc. The main lights provide bright light ideal during the day and the ambient lighting from the lamps provides for a relaxing atmosphere at night. Outside there is a garden and roof terrace as well.

Bathroom is shared with on other clean housemate only, all rooms here are beautiful.

We will only take super clean housemates that appreciate they need to leave the communal areas as they would expect to find it themselves. You will have to sign our cleaning policy so please only apply if you agree with keeping communal clean for the next user, we are quite strict about this.

All bills are included: Electricity, gas, water, council tax, tv license, super fast broadband - the fastest available. We also have a cleaner once a month. She will top up your condiments in your room, such as coffee capsules for the coffee machine that comes with your room. She will also top up sugar, milk sachets, biscuits and luxury tea bags.

It’s a really safe area that always has cars at any time of night. So it’s safe to return home even at odd hours in the morning without issue.

The area has many amenities nearby with a choice of Supermarkets within a few mins walk, Trafalgar Road has lots of trendy eateries as well. The River Thames is less than 5 mins walk away with many gastro pubs overlooking the river.

There is a plethora of travel options. Maze Hill train station is a few mins away providing regular trains to London Bridge in 10 mins and Trafalgar Square in 15mins. North Greenwich Jubilee line is a short bus ride away with the bus stop right outside. Cutty Sark DLR is 12 mins walk away providing a fast connection to Canary Wharf. The Greenwich River service is 12 mins away and provides an alternative way to reach areas such as Southbank, Waterloo, Blackfriars, London Eye and Westminster, the river boats are licensed so you can even enjoy a drink to these locations ideal when on a night out.

Greenwich town centre is 10 mins walk away and has a beautiful bustling market. There are often events and stalls in the town centre as well. Greenwich Royal Park is a short walk away and one the most beautiful parks in London. There are often events in the Park such as comedy shows and ice skating etc.

The o2 is a short bus ride away and provides the stage for the worlds top artists to perform. The o2 is a great venue with so many restaurants and now it also has a shopping mall.
