Excellent furnished bedroom with private bathroom

1 furnished bedroom (entire place is fully furnished) with a private detached bathroom in a spacious flat with possibly the most chill flatmate (moi)! We (me and my current flatmate) treat this place like home, have friends over for pre gaming or after parties often, friends staying over when they visit from other cities/countries or are in need (spare double mattress in here for that, aside from a rather comfy couch), respectful of our privacies while also always mingling, whether over good music, films, food etc and also go out raving/dining/to the pub + travel together to music festivals or general trips within and outside the country. And most importantly, cleanliness is super important. While you don't have to fit that bill exactly, it would be nice if you were open to all of the above. Also, the landlady is a gem, so that's a huge plus.

My flatmate is leaving to move in with his girlfiriend (the one before him moved in with her boyfriend - playing cupid here!). We’ve had some excellent times here and loads of people have come together in this flat, and I intend to continue doing so with whoever comes in next.

All bills come to approx 470 in total (water, heating, council tax, electricity, internet; divided by 2) over and above the rent.
