Our housemate is moving out at the start of October which means we have a furnished double room located a 5 min walk from Maze Hill station! Or a 20 minute walk to Cutty Sark DLR or North Greenwich Jubilee Line. Working professionals or students are welcome. 20 minutes to Canary Wharf via public transport.
10 minutes walk to Greenwich University.

Rent is £1200 PCM. Bills come to around £150-200PCM (with the higher side for winter). All bills will be fully transparent and split evenly.

Move in date - 1st Octoboer

- 2-bed (one is yours)
- 1-bathroom (newly refurbished)
- Terraced house located 5 min walk from Maze Hill station (National Rail, 3 stops to London Bridge ~ 15 minutes)
- 15 min walk from North Greenwich station (Jubilee line)
- 15 min walk from Cutty Sark DLR
- A lovely and fully furnished living room and kitchen
- A very spacious garden which is perfect for hosting summer BBQ’s !!

Ideal tenant:
- Preferably somebody in their 20s/30s
- If working professional, then you must be able to pass reference checks (earning £27,000+ P/A)
- If students, you must provide a guarantor (flexible on this requirement)
- Room has a desk if you WFH
- MUST be clean and tidy!! Especially the communal areas such as living room, bathroom, and kitchen.
- 4 weeks deposit
