Double room

Hello!

My name is Chloe and my husband’s name is Josh. We have a double room to rent full time, in our lovely home in Greenwich.

We are situated opposite the old Meantime Brewery in a four bed terraced house and have excellent transport links as well as amenities, shops and restaurants in all directions, and a 5 minute walk to get to the Thames!

Transport

North Greenwich (Jubilee Line) - There is a bus stop outside of the house (less than a one minute walk) which has two regular buses to the station (5 mins/2 stops) plus a bus stop across the A2 which is a 5 minute walk. The station is also a 15/20 minute brisk walk if you fancy a stroll!

Overground Stations (Westcombe Park or Maze Hill) - Both about a 12/15 minute walk.

About Us

We are both 34 and both work as teachers so are pretty busy during the week. We are easy going and looking for someone who is easy going.

Room

The double room was refurbished last year and spacious. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, desk and full length mirror. It is directly next to a recently refurbished bathroom, and we have our own en suite so use the shared bathroom rarely. There is also a garden and parking if needed, as well as a cute kitchen and living room.

Bills are included and this includes Virgin fibre optic wifi.

We can be flexible on the number of nights e. g week days only (we’ll amend the cost depending on the number of nights).
