Greenwich garden flat

We are a couple of professionals with a lovey garden flat in Greenwich, going travelling for a few months, so we are looking for someone to rent our apartment while we are away.
The apartment is available from 8th June until around 14th September. It would be great if we could find someone to take it for the full time, but if you have a different timescale in mind, please do reach out to chat :-). We are open to even a 1 month let if that's what you need! We would just need to add on a cleaning fee to get it ready for the next people if that was the case.

The flat is in a Victorian terraced building on a lovely Greenwich Street. It is a lower ground floor flat with a large private garden. We have large windows and it is quite light in the spring/summer. We also have a gorgeous Victorian walled garden which is a real sun trap in the summer months. We have a BBQ and garden table and chairs which will be yours to enjoy.

- Master Bedroom
- Ensuite bathroom (to master)
- 2nd bedroom (double/office space)
- Toilet (no shower or bath, toilet/sink only)
- Living room
- Kitchen
- Large Hallway
- Garden

As the 2nd bedroom is small and has no access to the bathroom which is en-suite to the master, I have listed the flat as a 1-bed as it would be best suited to a couple or a small family, rather than 2 sharers.

We both live a hybrid work from home/office lifestyle so we are set up with high speed wifi and an easy commute to the city, as well as beautiful walks and great amenities around us.
All bills are included in the price including water, electricity, heating, high speed internet, council tax and TV license.
