Hey👋🏾👋🏾 one of my housemates is moving out of our lovely home in Deptford soon, and we are looking for a new housemate! Prioritising Queer POC people but open to all.

It’s one double bedroom, unfurnished. Rooms are super bright, with nice wooden floors, big windows and lots of storage!
Rent is £750 pm

We'd prefer people who are looking for a more long-term tenancy and make the house a home, ideally over 6-months but get in touch and we can see what works for you.

We are an LGBTQ+ POC welcome house:)) who love to cook, karaoke, chill, listen to music, watch movies in the projector, intellectual talks lol and just all around chilled energy.
Ideally looking for someone who wants to keep the house looking nice but is chilled. Ideally, we are looking for a working professional.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a communal living room and kitchen.

I’m a Black trans guy, 32, activist, completing a social and environmental alternative MBA right now, so I'm mainly working remotely. There is desk space for another person to work from home also. I love cooking, dancing, karaoke, interior design, a good chat, long walks and plants.

The other housemate is an asexual Black woman, 22, who's in the last year of her Economics degree with a full time work placement. She likes music, anime, intellectual discussions and nature.

The rooms are on the first floor. Step-free to front door - one flight of stairs once inside.

Over lockdown we got v v excited and filled the house with plants expecting more soon :) the house has a lovely homely feel and is super close to Deptford Bridge station (2 mins) New Cross and New Cross Gate (10 mins).
Deptford market is down the road for fresh fruit and veg, charity shops / cafes/ bars and Greenwich park is a 10/15 minute walk away

We also have a garden, lovely for sunbathing, growing plants, bbqs in the summer 🌞

Move in date ASAP or 15th July 2024 but we can arrange a later physical move-in date if more convenient but the rent and deposit will be from the 15th July - PM if interested!
