I’m looking for someone to take over my contract in my current household.

The property is furnished apart from the bedroom however I will be leaving the bed frame which fits a double mattress.

it is a five minute walk from maze Hill station you can get into London Bridge in 20 minutes there’s a shared living room space and shared kitchen which is open plan and a garden.

current housemates are two working professionals both software developers, age 27 and 29

The current contract is until september, both other tenants are planning to renew for another 12 months
