Big double room overlooking Greenwich Park

Large south-facing room with views onto Greenwich park available for a short-term let from the 1st of June for one month (with the potential to extend to middle/end of July). The room is equipped with a double bed, large cupboard, desk and bedside table. Couples welcome!

The room is part of a huge four floor Georgian townhouse, which comes with:
- two joined living rooms forming a sizeable open plan living space
- a large and well equipped kitchen and dining room on the bottom floor
- Under-stair and loft storage space
- a decent sized garden with artificial lawn

The house sits on a quiet residential road just opposite an entrance to Greenwich Park. We can see the park entrance as well as the Maritime Museum from our front door. We are very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, as well as a lovely local pub just a few doors along!

Transport links are excellent (Zone 2/3) and we are very close to a number of stations, with Overground, DLR and Tube all nearby - Maze Hill (4 mins walk), Cutty Sark (10 mins walk) and North Greenwich (10 min bus).

Bills are about 150 per person per month (council tax band G), including a cleaner every two weeks. We sort this all out on Splitwise and try to save costs where ever possible :)

Overall there is a friendly and social dynamic in the house. The room faces Greenwich Park with a bathroom shared with just one other; perfect and quiet for working from home (as many of us do), and spending time privately.
