I'm currently looking for someone to take up my place in a spacious 2-bedroom apartment.

A bit about my flatmate- She’s from Sweden and she’s currently working in London and training to become a lawyer. She’s easygoing and likes to stay active and explore the city. She enjoys socialising but also respects privacy. She’s very clean and tidy and would like to share the flat with a like-minded professional.

The apartment was built in 2019 and is located in Greenwich (Zone 2). It's overlooking Greenwich park and close to Cutty Sark DLR station (5 mins walk)and Greenwich train station (10 mins walk). The area is lovely and there are many cute shops and restaurants nearby as well as a big Waitrose, Greenwich market and Greenwich park just a few minutes away - walking distance.

The room itself is a spacious en-suite and includes a king-sized bed, bedside tables, built-in wardrobe and under-bed storage. It's fitted with an en-suite shower room, mirror cabinet and under-sink storage. The flat has great standard and all amenities needed (dishwasher, washing machine, underfloor heating/cooling etc.). The building has a 24 hour reception, parking (bike storage and carpark), well equipped gym (for free), rooftop terrace, BBQ area and beautiful 360-views.
