Located in a cul-de-sac private road, the property benefits from both convenient access to main road and public transportation and a quiet and safe environment. A commute to Canary Wharf takes 20 minutes.

The bedrooms are partially furnished at the moment but the landlord is happy to provide bed, table, chairs and wardrobes, and will take your preferences when buying them. The bathroom, shared between two rooms, is equipped with instant water heater and heated towel racks.
I am the live-in landlord that occupies the second floor (the room is on first floor). I am looking for tenants that keep their rooms and public spaces clean, don’t often party, and respect each other - all those apply to myself. Students welcome to enquire but upfront payment needed. Couples considered for the larger room at additional cost.
