We have a double room with balcony available from mid August in our beautiful flat in Greenwich - 5 mins walk from Cutty Sark dlr and 7 minutes walk from Greenwich station. Ideal for someone who works in Canary Wharf, the city or by London bridge.
It is a 2 floor flat - 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms with a massive lounge/open kitchen. The development is gated, 10 seconds from a huge Waitrose and has a concierge.
We are looking for someone who is clean/would like to rent from mid August. £950pcm + bills (Approx £150pcm). You would be sharing with 2 tidy people (both 30 yrs old) who love going to the pub, walks, tennis, theatre, driving range and having friends around (although we do like our space too). You would ideally be the same!
It's a flexible two year lease, if you want to move out early we ask a couple months notice and that you find someone to replace you.
