Looking for roommate

Hi
I am Shivani ,looking for roommate in quite spacious double bedroom. There is already one female student living she is kind and very helpful .Apartment is rented by me .
It's a 2 bed flat with separate toilet and bathroom ,big kitchen and nice size sitting room can be share by every house person .It has access to balcony as well .
About flatmate (me)
I am living with my husband and 4 years old son .I am looking for a people who is friendly ,humble ,tidy, punctual about paying rent on time and has jolly nature .
We have very pleasant and family environment, in a past every tenant happy with our behaviour.
