Double ensuite room in the heart of Greenwhich

Hi there!

I'm looking for a new tenant for my flatmate’s room in a modern, new-build flat. The room is a double, en-suite with a queen-size bed with storage, two side tables, and a large drawer. It also has a walk-in closet, and the bathroom has a bathtub. The flat features a modern kitchen and living room, along with a balcony offering views of the Thames, Greenwich Park, and the O2.

The building has incredible facilities including a 24-hour concierge, a roof terrace with 360-degree views, a co-working space with a phone conference booth, and an on-site gym, all included in the rent. The building also offers additional amenities, including a meeting/conference room, a dining room with a kitchen, a guest suite, and a yoga/pilates studio, all available for booking at an additional fee. Amenities and bookings are managed through a convenient app, and we will soon have an app to track electricity and water usage in the apartment.

Bills are £170 per month for electricity, water, heating, and cooling, £30 for broadband, and £196 for council tax. All split between the two, so it comes to around £200 per month per person on top of the rent.

Cutty Sark DLR station is 5-7 minutes away and the Greenwich train station is 10 minutes away. Waitrose, Tesco, and Sainsbury's are within 5-minute walking distance, as well as many cafes and restaurants.

About me: I am a 24-year-old creative, working full-time in the office. Preferences: female, 20-30 years old, professional. Ideally looking for someone who wants a quiet, peaceful place to call home.
