Lovely room in a 4 bed terraced house

We are urgently looking for a 4th housemate to join our lease. This property is a 4 bedroom terraced house in Greenwich, just 5 minutes walk to Greenwich Railway Station and DLR. London Bridge, Waterloo, and Charing Cross are no more than 20 minutes by train and Canary Wharf can be reached in 20 minutes by DLR. The rent will be around £1000 per calendar month (give or take depending on the room size and allocation). Bills are not included and the Council Tax band is F (~£60 per month) We are looking to move in around Early-Mid August. Video of the property available upon request.

The three of us are working professionals and are looking for someone who is clean, amicable and open to occasionally hanging out with us. We are all experienced sharers and try to approach house issues fairly with minimal drama and in a mature manner.
