This property stretches over two floors and has lots of space, 3 bathrooms (one being the en-suite, and one being a guest toilet downstairs), a big kitchen with a dishwasher and a lounge with plenty of seating and a tv. It has a lovely patio space with chairs and a table. The building itself is very energy-efficient, meaning that not much heating is needed in winter. In a separate area of the building, there is also a communal workspace and a social area with a billiard table.

Location-wise, this property is well located between Greenwich Station (12 min walk), Lewisham Station (15 min walk) and Greenwich Park (10 min walk). There is a big Tesco’s about 10 minutes away as well. There is a garage in the property block that can be rented if you have a car.

Your two future flatmates will be Darragh and Adam, two lovely engineers in their mid-twenties that are a great laugh. They work from home about two days a week.

Please note that there are construction works currently being conducted on one side of the building, meaning that there is scaffolding by our entrance. We are hoping that these works won’t take too long, and that disruption will be minimal.
