Currently the flat is occupied by myself and 2 tenants that are moving away.
I am looking for two sociable flatmates, who have a full-time job, like spending time together in the living room and equally enjoy quiet time. I have my own business and I am very friendly, sociable, clean and considerate.
The area is safe and I have lived in the flat for 3 years, absolutely loving it.
Greenwich Station is only a two minute walk away and has great transportation links to Canary Wharf, Bank and London Bridge.

Monthly bills include a bi-weekly cleaner and the building has a 24/7 concierge. Monthly bills depend on the season, but are around £190-£200 (council tax are included in monthly bills).

Great access to local amenities with multiple supermarkets, coffee shops and restaurants nearby and 5-10 minute walk from the Cutty Sark and Greenwich Park as well as excellent transport links.
