Lovely social flat with Thames views

We have an amazing flat in Greenwich, overlooking the Thames on one side and Blackheath on the other. (Genuinely think we have one of the best views in London!).

Walking distance from Greenwich, Lewisham, and Blackheath stations, and very easy to get to London Bridge (8 mins on the train).

My current flatmates and I had been there for 18 months, but now they are moving out to get married. I was planning to move out too but honestly love the flat so much I wanted to see if it would be possible to stay with new flatmates.

The first bedroom is a large double ensuite, with a large bathroom, two windows, and great views (looking towards the city).

The second bedroom is a large double room, with two windows looking over Blackheath.

The kitchen is lovely (and we have two fridges and a dishwasher!) and the living room is amazing - massive, and the views are incredible.

We're on the top three floors of a house conversion and have never had any issues with noise (the area is very peaceful).

We have always been a very social house and done lots together (including holidays!), and I would love to have the same relationship with new housemates, so looking for flatmates who are also wanting to be friends with the people they live with. (Lots of amazing pubs near us, and very easy to get home late from central London).

Previously none of us worked from home but all the rooms have desks so you easily could.

I work in the media and often work late, and ideally looking for like-minded girls who take their work seriously but would still enjoy a wine night.

No pets/ no smoking/ no couples.

Our council tax is Band C.
