My name is Marilyn I work as an Art dealer. I have a double room available in November and currently looking for the right person to take the room.
Room is ready to move in for 11th November but flexible with a move in date for the end of November, £1075 will all bills included (Zero deposit)
The room is fully furnished with enough space for a desk ☺️
I am looking for someone who has a hybrid or full time office based role. With my job I work full-time in the gallery including some weekends so you would have the flat to yourself during those times too!
The ideal person is someone who isn’t a party animal at home and who is peaceful and considerate of people (of course happy with occasional dinner/games night with friends). I’m someone who is positive and likes to live life to the fullest. I do enjoy cooking so having the occasional dinner together or Netflix and a glass wine is always welcome. Lastly, of course cleanliness is a must 😊
I’m really easy to get on with and considerate of others too. I’m not just looking for flatmate but someone who has the same wants in a house share, for it to feel like a home.
The flat is located right on the river in the iconic Greenwich, so you have so many transport options.
- National rail- Maze Hill (10 mins walk)
- DLR - Cutty Sark (15 mins walk on the river)
- Jubilee line - North Greenwich (10 min bus)
- Night buses also available
