Hi Guys!
My name is Marilyn I work as an Art dealer. My flat mate is moving in September and currently looking for the right person to take his room.
Room is ready to move in for September 22nd 2024, £1075 will all bills included.
The room is fully furnished with enough space for a desk ☺️
Ideally I am looking for someone who has a hybrid or full time office based role. With my job I work full-time in the gallery including some weekends so you would have the flat to yourself during those times too!
The ideal person is someone who isn’t a party animal at home and who is peaceful and considerate of people. I do enjoy cooking so having the occasional dinner together or Netflix and a glass wine is always welcome. Lastly you would have to be very clean as I love to keep tidy home.
I’m really easy to get on with and considerate of others too. I’m not just looking for flatmate but someone who has the same wants in a house share, for it to feel like a warm and safe home 😊
