Room available in West Greenwich (LGBT household)

I’m looking to rent the smaller bedroom in a spacious 2 bedroom flat (approx 865 sqft). My future flatmate needs to be LBGT friendly and either a grad student or working professional. If interested, please send a message sharing a bit about yourself. Viewings will be scheduled in early September.

The flat
Situated on Greenwich High Road, the flat is a few minutes walk from the DLR/Train station, providing excellent links to Central London. There is a communal garden in the building. I have only just moved into the flat and new furniture (couch, dining table) will be delivered in the next few weeks.

Your room
Decent size room with a built-in wardrobe which provides ample storage. You will also have your own bathroom as my room is an ensuite.

Rent/bills
Rent is to be paid monthly and is inclusive of internet (fiber broadband: 150Mb) and other utilities (water, gas and electricity). One month deposit is also required.

The neighborhood
The flat is in the heart of Greenwich with easy access to parks, a vast array of shops, amenities and restaurants.
