Double Bedroom, Greenwich

Hello!

We have a lovely large, double, ensuite room available just around the corner from Greenwich village. The house is a 1-minute walk from the Thames and a 10-minute walk from beautiful Greenwich Park. Deptford Bridge is a 7-minute walk and we have 24-hour bus routes a 5-10 minute walk away.

You'll be living with 3 lovely housemates. Yazz is a journalist and loves dancing, travelling, and fitness. Ani works building software and loves cricket, football, and XBox. Jake works at the Observatory in Greenwich, and loves tennis, music and bit of dnd. Everyone enjoys getting together to watch a good film and have a drink when we are all around.

The double room is on its own floor at the top of the house. It has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. It has plenty of room for a desk if you work from home! It comes furnished (but can remove if not wanted). It includes a double bed, drawers and two wardrobes. The skylights face west so you always get the afternoon sun.

The house is very spacious with a big living room, kitchen, and garden. There is an extra stand alone toilet. We have a spare room downstairs that leads out onto the garden; it’s great for workouts and some of the other housemates use it as a home office.

We have a washing machine and tumble dryer and a garage perfect for storing your bike! We have a driveway for parking.

The bills are not included in the rent. They usually amount to approximately £150-200 per month, per person. The council tax is band F.
