Entire flat - 2 bed fully furnished 6 months only

PLEASE READ BEFORE MESSAGING. please only message if you fit the conditions. We are looking for someone that can stay 5 to 6 months and rent the entire flat (it cannot be extended or shorter than that) . We are NOT renting the rooms separately, only the entire flat for 6 months for the dates we advertised, starting end October. You need a guarantor and reference and we ask for deposit.

The property is a 2 bed flat, with two double large bedrooms fully furnished.
It includes a fully fitted kitchen, a large bathroom and balcony. It's really well decorated and ready to move in, including everything you need like kitchenware, cookware, TV, Internet access, etc.
The flat is near the Greenwich town center, less than 5 minutes walk to the Cutty Sark DLR station, Greenwich DLR and Train station. The location is amazing, close to supermarkets and all best amenities in the region.
The rent is 1800PCM (without bills). With bills included it's 2150, including fast internet access and all utilities.
The tenants will be renting out the entire property while we are away working abroad. This is our home we are renting out, so you can expect to find a lovely place, nicely set-up for two people or a couple. The flat is very large and we will leave it decorated, as we will be returning home after our travel.

Flat available from 25 Oct 2024 for 6 months and we are looking for people to rent the entire property. Dates can be negotiated a bit if you need to move in a bit earlier.

A short-let agreement will be in place and a deposit will be required.
