Cozy Room in a Large Two-Story Flat with Terrace

If you’re looking for a friendly and cozy place to call home, this is the perfect place for you!

We have a bright room available in our modern flat that stretches over two floors, perfectly located between Greenwich and Lewisham. Just a short walk to both stations and the DLR, plus loads of bus options nearby.
We love the location because it sits right between Greenwich Park/Village but also Lewisham Shopping Mall, within walking distance!

Your room will have:

- double bed
- one large dresser
- one nightstand
- one wardrobe
- blinds
- shelves

The flat layout:

- Ground floor: entrance, kitchen & dining room, pantry room, washing room, storage room and guest bathroom.

- First floor: storage room, living room, 2 bedrooms, large bathroom, one En-suite bedroom, balcony and access to the courtyard.

Our place has underfloor heating throughout. We have a washer+dryer and our kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine & milk frother, mixer, toaster, sandwich maker etc. in general, we are very happy to share all the equipments.

There is also a Work-from-Home office for anyone that can’t concentrate at home. And lastly, there is an entertainment room that’s always available with a pool table that’s also available for free rent for birthdays or other occasions which is quite cool.
Boxes will be delivered to the post room by the concierge.
If you have a car, you can book a private parking space in the garage for £125 p. m.

We are not originally from London and speak German, Turkish and Hindi, love cooking, plants (shocker) and cozy evenings. We can be very outgoing and love trying new things but can also be very calm and enjoy the simple things.
We’re close friends who keep things clean and tidy and would love to welcome someone who’s on the same page!

Bills are low, around £100 a month, and we’re flexible on move-in dates, but March 1st is the latest. No more pets allowed, unfortunately, because we already have two cats (Taco and stinki) who are super chill and loving.
