En-suite spacious top floor room in houseshare

We have a lovely large, double, en-suite room available just around the corner from Greenwich village within Millennium Quay. The house is a 1-minute walk from the Thames and a 10-minute walk from Greenwich Park. Deptford Bridge is a 7-minute walk and we have 24-hour bus routes just a 5-10 minute walk
away.

You'll be living with 3 housemates:
Yazz (me) is a medical journalist and loves Latin dancing, travelling, and fitness.
Ani works building software and loves cricket, football, and playing on the XBox.
Jake works at the Observatory in Greenwich, and loves tennis, music and bit of DND.
Everyone enjoys getting together to watch a good film, try new restaurants, and have a drink when we can.

The double room is on its own floor at the top of the house. It has an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The room has plenty of room for a desk if you work from home.
It comes furnished (but can remove some furniture if not wanted). It includes a double bed, chest of drawers and two wardrobes.

The skylights face west so you always get the afternoon sun.

The house is very spacious with a big living room, kitchen, and garden. There is an extra stand alone toilet. We have a spare room downstairs that leads out onto the garden; we use it as a guest bedroom/home office.

We have a washing machine and tumble dryer and a garage perfect for storing things. We have a driveway for parking.
The bills are not included in the rent. They usually amount to approximately £170 per month, per person. The council tax is band F.
