Our flatmate is moving out of our beautiful Greenwich apartment so we have one room available in our flat. It is a lovely three bedroom apartment overlooking the Thames. The room is a double room.

The room comes fully furnished, with bed, mattress, desk, desk chair, wardrobe, bedside table and shelving unit. The room also has its own toilet, with a shared bathroom with one other housemate (shower & bath). Shared kitchen and lounge room with balcony overlooking the river, getting morning sun. Perfect for a sunny breakfast.

Flat also come with a parking space in the garage below the building (free of charge).
We're 10 mins walk from Greenwich Village Centre - pubs, shops, coffee shops, restaurants and a supermarket & the scenic Greenwich Park.

Deptford is also about 10 mins away, which has a main trainline into the centre (~10 mins to London Bridge). If not there are buses, the DLR, and the Overground not too far away.

Move in date up until 25th October 2024 (with some flexibility).
Room is £780 excluding all bills.
Bills are an additional +/- £190 per month. (Council tax, electricity, wifi, and TV)

Current housemates:
Emily and Sarah are 30 years old and originally from South Africa. Emily is a 3D designer, working in office and Sarah works in the pharmaceutical industry WFH. We are very clean, friendly, sociable, open minded, chilled out and love a glass of wine after work. We enjoy going to gym a couple times a week as well as going for walks. We love to go out for a few drinks but love just as much to cosy up at home.
