Double room in Greenwich (11mins to London Bridge)

We are 2 girls (27) looking for 1 housemate to join us in our 3 bed house in Greenwich, unfortunately our housemate is moving in with her boyfriend 😞 we are ideally looking for a young professional between 24-32.

We have had the place for 2.5 years, the house was completely gutted, extended and refurbished just before we moved in so everything is still fairly new and fresh (kitchens/bathrooms/flooring etc) the room available is a double room with built in wardrobes, can be offered either furnished or unfurnished. The house has 2 shared bathrooms so you would need to be open to sharing. We have a lush green garden with bbq and fire pit.

This room would ideally suit someone who has a split work schedule office/wfh. If you move the room around you can fit a desk in there but our current house mate doesn’t need one. Rent is £970 bills are c. £150pm. Available end of Oct

From the house, it’s a 4 min walk to Maze Hill station where London Bridge is only 11mins away or Farringdon c. 20 mins. The Cutty Sark DLR is about 15 min walk and North Greenwich Station (jubilee) a 9 min bus or 30 min walk.

A bit about us, we are both very active (there’s a very nice gym near by with a spa which doesn’t cost an arm and a leg) we love going out for drinks, dinner, brunches, equalling staying in for a movie night etc. We are very clean and tidy so the house is always kept nicely. Ideally we are looking for someone who is keen to become friends rather than just a lodger.
