Ideally located for exploring Greenwich, you’re within walking distance of Greenwich Park, the Royal Observatory, the O2, and vibrant food and antique markets. Excellent transport links via Maze Hill Station, the DLR, and North Greenwich Tube make central London easily accessible.

Bedroom

The main bedroom features a king-sized bed with under-bed storage, and beautiful floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open onto the balcony. Please note: while the balcony is currently inaccessible due to scaffolding, the doors can be opened a few inches to let in fresh air and plenty of natural light. A full-length mirror and armchair, perfect for relaxing. Ceiling spotlights provide an even, ambient glow, complemented by a separate industrial-style bulb that casts a warm, golden light.
There is room for additional furniture such as a desk in the room if you need to bring it. Dual wardrobes situated in the main entrance provide ample space for clothes and luggage.

Bathroom

The shared bathroom has a beautiful tiled floor and a rainfall shower. A modern bathroom cabinet with three shelves for all your essentials and under-sink storage space. The floor-mounted toilet features a sleek, wide design, and a heated towel rail adds comfort. A contemporary frosted window offers both privacy and ventilation.

Kitchen, Living & Dining Area

A spacious, open-plan kitchen, living, and dining area with wooden floors and large sliding glass doors. The kitchen features an induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, and plenty of counter space. The living area includes a comfortable L-shaped three-seater sofa bed with chaise lounge and a floating table, while the dining area has a 4–6 seater table.

Laundry Area

Dedicated laundry cupboard with a modern washer-dryer for convenience.

Entrance

The main entrance includes a spacious dual wardrobe, providing plenty of room for coats, luggage, and extra storage.

Additional

Additional features include lift access, a private communal garden, and secure underground bike storage (one space available on request). The complex is safe and private, with 24-hour security.

Please note that the wrap-around roof terrace is currently inaccessible due to external works. Scaffolding is visible from the apartment windows, and there may be some daytime construction noise on weekdays from 8 am–4 pm. Weekends are quiet.
