Beautiful Double Room in Greenwich

Hello future flatmate! 👋

I have finally refurbished my spare room and am looking for someone to fill it from mid-October (though I am flexible on timings!)

I absolutely love the flat (and the area), I've lived here the past 18 months.

The flat itself is bright and spacious, with traditional sash windows and wooden floors throughout. The kitchen has recently been refurbished and the living area is large and open plan with a full size dining table, perfect for entertaining or WFH!
It's in the pretty, residential West Greenwich area, looking onto Point Hill Park (incredible for sunset) and a 5 min walk from Greenwich Park and Blackheath Common, perfect for weekend strolls. Royal Hill, with it's parade of shops including some great pubs, tea houses, cheesemonger, fishmonger and butcher are round the corner, and the UNESCO world heritage site of Greenwich town centre is a 15 min walk away. Greenwich Station/DLR is a 10-15 min walk downhill, whilst Lewisham station/DLR is 15 mins walk away.

You'll be sharing the flat with me :) I'm a 34-year old doctor, currently doing a PhD and so my hours are variable but I'm mostly at the lab Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm. I like to keep it chilled during the week but tend to be quite busy on the weekend! I like running, cycling, spending time with friends & family and cooking (and baking!)

I'm looking for someone likeminded who's flatshared before and is kind, considerate and tidy, who will be happy to chill during the week but also up for the occasional pint or hot chocolate.

Rent is £1000, which doesn't include bills. I'm looking for someone who can move in from mid-October but I can be flexible on that.
