Clean And Spacious Friendly Flat Share

Hi there.

We’re two friends looking for a third flatmate after our existing flatmate had a change of circumstances.

The room is an absolute steal. It’s a huge double room with ensuite. The flat itself is clean and fresh, having only been built a couple of years ago. There’s a large kitchen/living room with balcony, and three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom and ample storage space. The flat is split across two floors. There’s a communal bike store in the building.

It’s five mins from the DLR/train station, five mins to PureGym, ten mins to Aldi and Sainos (ASDA opening next door soon), with Greenwich Park and a tonne of pubs and restaurants on the doorstep.

The current tenancy ends 30 November with our existing housemate moving out then, so we’re looking for someone to take over the tenancy from 1 December, signing for 1 year.

The room will be furnished with the basics (bed, desk, built-in wardrobe, drawers) and the downstairs is kitted out.

Bills are not included and are shared evenly between flatmates.

In terms of what we would look for:
> you’d ideally work normal hours
> be of a similar age
> maintain the tidiness of the gaff
> be generally respectful
> want to socialise with us as well as having your own life.
