A double bedroom available in a 2 bedroom flat

I have a nice double bedroom within a 2 bedroom flatshare. The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe and dresser. A desk is available for use in the living room if you’re working from home. A living room with doors provide access to a balcony for some fresh air🍃

Sadly my flatmate will be moving out from our lovely flat soon so I’m looking for someone to take her room and come share the flat with me.

The flat:
- room with a double bed
- living room with desk, sofa, coffee table etc.
- kitchen with all utilities
- shared bathroom (of course you’ll be sharing just with me☺️)
- private balcony
- rent is £800/month
- bills and council tax are around £150/month. However it is likely to go up again in winter😢 The landlord is currently paying for water.

The area:
The flat is in a nice, quiet and convenient environment. Around 10 mins walk from Greenwich town centre, an 8 mins walk from Cutty satk DLR station, 7 mins walk to Deptford train station (with access to Thameslink and Southeastern) which will take you straight to London Bridge station. Bus stops are also just outside the flat! There is a Sainsbury’s and Tesco’s next to the flat as well as a Waitrose’s nearby. We are a short distant away from the river, Greenwich park, market and Royal Observatory so lots to explore. There’re other amenities nearby such as cafés, restaurants, pubs and gym. Also did I mention you can take a bus from Greenwich straight to ikea if you ever need to buy new furnitures!

Flatmate:
I’m an easy going 26-year-old female, currently working full-time. I wfh 3 days/week. I enjoy chilling (especially after a long day at work). I spend quite a lot of time on my laptop - browsing, watching youtube vids & netflix. I also workout (3-4 times/week💪🏼). Though I like doing my own things but I’m always down for a good time whether that’s cooking or sharing a glass of wine together!

I’m looking for a young professional (female only) who is friendly, clean and tidy and also interested in becoming friends. Since we will be living together I would want us to feel comfortable around each other😊 I appreciate having my own space/downtime and i am respectful of each other’s space so no house party please (sorry😞) but you’re more than welcome to have friends over!!
