I am renting out my 2-bedroom flat located in the quiet cul-de-sac of Crosslet Vale in Greenwich.

- a large lounge/dining area

In the lounge there is a large closet that used to house the water tank. This was removed when a combi-boiler was installed a couple of years ago so is now ideal for storage.
Please note there are no photos of the bathroom due to the ongoing renovation but I can give further details.
I am looking for a working professional. This has been my home but having rented most of my life I want to provide a comfortable home for someone who will in turn treat the flat with respect.
The flat would be ideal for a couple but I would be open to two people sharing.

Deptford Bridge DLR station is less than 5 minutes' walk away giving you easy access to Canary Wharf, Bank and Stratford.
Greenwich station is less than 10 minutes' walk away with trains into central via London Bridge, Cannon Street, Blackfriars and St Pancras.
New Cross Overground station is a 15-minute walk or short bus ride away providing transport links to Shoreditch, Dalston and Hackney.
All amenities are close by including lots of great pubs and restaurants.
Greenwich Village including the wonderful park and market is only a 15-minute walk away.
Deptford High Street is only a 10-minute walk away, which is full of great restaurants and bars.
The flat is located on the 2nd floor with no lift access. The grounds and communal spaces (e. g. stairwell) are well maintained by the company that manages Crosslet Vale.
The flat will come unfurnished except for a washing machine and fridge-freezer, which can be removed if not needed.
The furniture in the photos is mine and currently being sold off.
Comes with one parking permit you can use to park in either of the large carparks next to the building.
The flat will be decorated and professionally cleaned before tenancy begins.
I will be holding viewings from 11 November but could possibly arrange something on the 4th or 5th.
