Large double room in a great location in Greenwich with friendly housemates. The room comes with two built-in wardrobes, and there is a small patio area outside the room which is useful for drying clothes. You would be sharing the bathroom with just one other person.

The house is in a perfect location, on a quiet street in a gated development, 5 minutes from both Cutty Sark (DLR) and Greenwich (DLR and National Rail) stations. Direct routes to London Bridge (train) as well as Bank and Canary Wharf (DLR). We are also right next to Greenwich park, the market and an abundance of great pubs, restaurants and shops.

The house is south facing so gets sun most of the day. It has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate kitchen and a large living/dining room, plus a small terrace/garden.

Normally all bills are covered by the cost of rent, however sometimes we have to put in a little extra during the winter months.

I love this house been and have been here for 3 years, I'm only moving out now as I've bought my own place.
