Double room in great location in Greenwich

I'm moving out of my room in Greenwich and looking for a new tenant. It's a double room and comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and a desk.

There are 2 other flatmates, both women, who you'd be living with. They're both lovely, friendly, and clean professionals who like a chat but also have their own lives.

The flat is in a really excellent location, right next to Cutty Sark DLR, a short walk from Waitrose, Sainsburys, Tesco, Aldi, M&S, and then not that much longer to Deptford for African and Asian groceries too. It's also a 5ish minute walk to Greenwich station. You'd be living right by the river and also right next to Greenwich park.

Bills come to around 150ish in the winter and council tax is band C.
