Short term let with balcony and private bathroom

Hey there,

I’m looking for a flatmate for a 2 bed 2 bath flat. The room is only available until the end of August as the flat will be put up for sale shortly after.

The flat is on the 4th floor and has a great balcony perfect for sunny days. It's fully furnished, including a well-equipped kitchen.

The location is fantastic! It's a 10-minute walk to both Greenwich Centre and Deptford High Street, where you'll find plenty of shops, pubs, and restaurants. There's also a yoga studio in the building and several gyms within a short walk.

Getting around is easy, with bus stops just a 5-minute walk away and DLR and Thameslink stations a short 10-minute stroll. Plus, you'll have easy access to supermarkets like Tesco, Sainsbury's, Nisa, and Waitrose.

I work from home most days and enjoy a clean and tidy space. I have a regular cleaner which is included in the price. The bills currently come up to £110/month/person.
