Our housemate Matt is leaving this month so we are looking for someone new to move into his good-size furnished double bedroom. We can mostly offer viewings on weekdays evenings but can try to be flexible if needed.

You would share a bathroom with one other person and you would also have access to a small 1st floor balcony also shared with that person. You would be next door to Alex, who keeps mostly to himself, with interests including the gym and The Dog & Bell pub in Deptford.

The house has a large shared living and dining space downstairs and a well-equipped kitchen. We are only 5 minutes from National Rail and DLR services from Greenwich station and Cutty Sark, and 10 minutes from boat services along the river. We are right in the middle of busy Greenwich but on a very peaceful side street which gives us the best of both worlds! If you drive then you can apply for a parking permit from the council to park on our road.

We have all moved in only this year and so we can make the house what we want. It’s clean and spacious but well-loved at the corners. We would like to decorate downstairs a little more and organise the odd evening for dinner together or a movie, but we don’t live in each other’s pockets and all enjoy downtime and our own privacy.

We are a fairly quiet house and all work during weekdays, sometimes at home and sometimes in the office. Caitlin (me) and Steph live on the top floor and we have guinea pigs up here if you like animals! There are also cats living with neighbours and a small park directly behind our house full of squirrels!
