Hello!
I just moved into a beautiful home in Greenwich with my 6-year-old whippet boy called Pip.
We are looking for someone to move and make a real home together with us from 1 December for at least 6 months (but preferably longer, of course!). I'm just taking over the new lease, so there is scope to change some things around and start afresh in how we'd like to set up the living room or garden, for example.
I am a 34-year-old Belgian girl working in brand strategy and innovation. I work 2-3 days in the office and a few days a week at home. I love going to the pub, running, travelling, reading, knitting and of course spending time with my lovely whippet. Pip sleeps a lot but likes food and cuddling up on the sofa. I'm easy-going and I like cozy nights in. The landlord is also easy-going: he lives abroad but is always happy to help if something needs fixing. I'd like to find someone like-minded who loves dogs, is interested in a glass of wine/movie night, and won't mind if a tea cup is not washed within the hour (btw, there is a dishwasher).
It's a beautiful, spacious house with a garden in a very friendly street. The bathroom and kitchen are new-ish and well-equipped. The living room and bedrooms are furnished with everything we need. :)
There is a Thameslink to London Bridge/Farringdon 5 mins walk away.
The local shops (Co-op, Sainsbury's, Iceland) and local pub (The Crown) are only a few minutes walk away.
In terms of bills, the final amount is dependent on the season (and how much heating we use). But the council tax is around £178/month, broadband £21/month, water/gas/electricity £160/month. So we would split these bills equally.
Let me know if you are interested :)
