The Room:
The Room is a spacious, and comfy double-room.

Residents:
All of our Residents are professionals, and aged between 25-35 years old. Most of our Residents work from home weekly, as such the property is quiet during the day.

The Property:
The Property is large and comprises of two buildings (a front house and a backhouse), both buildings share a large communal garden. This room is located in the Backhouse.

The communal areas (kitchens and bathrooms) are maintained by a cleaner who comes weekly, and the garden is maintained by a gardener who visits monthly. You will be sharing the Backhouse with 3 other residents.

The Location:
The property is located a 10minute walk from
Greenwich Station, and a 7minute walk from Deptford Bridge Station.

Greenwich Maritime museum is located a 15-minute walk from the property, and the Planetarium is located a 20-minute walk from the property. Parking is permit-only paid directly to Greenwich Royal Borough.

The HMO is surrounded by restaurants and cafes including Costa, Bill's, Chinese and Indian takeaways.
