Spacious furnished large double bedroom in a Greenwich flat with shared living room / kitchen / dining area.

My housemate and I are looking for a professional to take the room of other housemate, who is moving out.

The large double bedroom is spacious and comes furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a desk. A comfortable desk chair is also available if you want one. The room gets a lot of sunlight as it has two large southwest facing windows.

It comes with exclusive use of the main bathroom (other rooms have their own ensuites) with shower over bath.

The room is single occupancy only, unfortunately no pets or smokers are allowed.

There's a big, shared living room with all necessary amenities and a lot of space for storage in shelves. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and we also having a shared washing machine.

The 3-bedroom ground floor flat is located 2 mins away from Deptford Bridge station, which means you are only 35 mins away from Bank or just 10 mins to Lewisham. You can also walk to Greenwich station (Thameslink/Southeastern) and be in London Bridge in about 25 mins overall.

The flat is part of a big apartment block with gated access, a concierge and bike storage. There's also a small communal terrace located in the courtyard.

There’s a PureGym just 5 mins away too.

Currently we rent the whole flat and the agency manages it, so we share the bills.

Bills are approximately £129 per month (£65 council tax (Band E), £14 broadband & Sky, £50 electricity/gas).

The internet connection is also fast and really stable, my housemate and I sometimes work from home and we've not had an issue.
