Spacious 1 bed flat with bills - 4 month let

This is a 2 bedroom flat with one of the rooms being used for storage while I am away. You will have the remainder of the flat to yourself, effectively this will be a 1 bed flat. Price includes all bills.

The flat is available from 1st December to 1st April. I need to move out for 4 months and as such I'm offering this as a short term let and it will not be possible to extend beyond the 1st of April.

The flat comes fully furnished. It has underfloor heating, fast internet and all appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The bedroom has been recently redecorated and has a new bed/wardrobe, there is also a standing desk available.

Key Points:

The move in date (December 1st) can flex by a few weeks, but the flat is not available before that date. The Move out date is April 1st.

We may consider a tenancy a few weeks shorter than this but the place is not available for a significantly shorter period.
We have a preference to let to someone who has viewed the place and who we have met. We would prefer professional tenants ideally.

Please note, the location on the map is wrong for some reason, the flat is located a 5 minute walk from the O2, next to the Thames, on John Harrison Way.
